Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Physical items typically ship within 3-5 business days. The system will automatically send tracking information to the email used when placing your order.
When will I receive my digital downloads?
The system will send a receipt email and then a separate download email after purchase. Sometimes, unfortunately, that download email will go to a spam or promotions folder. If after checking your spam, you're unable to locate the download email, please send us an email 3amgracedesigns@gmail.com. We're always happy to help!
Returns
What is your return policy?
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, there are no returns accepted.
Physical Products:
We get that sometimes things just don't work out & returns are needed. We're here to make your return process as easy as possible!
Returns postmarked within 7 days of delivery date will be eligible for a refund on the original method of payment or store credit minus shipping fees.
Once delivered to our headquarters, returns will be processed within 5 business days.
After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. No exceptions.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

I have exceeded the download limit on from my email link. How can I get my pattern?

I can't log into my membership. What can I do?
The membership site is a separate website https://3amgracedesigns.com
You will log into this site for your membership using the email and password you provided when joining. As much as we try to make the two sites look alike for customer ease, they are two different sites.
